Account Representative - Low Carbon Fuel and Feedstock Markets

This position will manage our client support and drive revenue growth activities across Europe, working with our team of business development executives worldwide.  The primary function of this role is to grow business with existing clients, through retention, upsell and value realization.  The successful candidate will be an energetic starter with industry knowledge and is able to work independently.  This position will report to the Global Sales Manager – PRIMA Markets.   


Job Duties

  • Ultimate responsibility for satisfaction and retention of clients
    • Support clients in their use of business intelligence tools, like CarbonZero
    • Training, development, and coaching of new and existing users
  • Maximize client retention and contract renewals for key accounts
  • Expand existing business using consultative sales techniques; build, maintain and execute on an account plan for each key client
  • Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders across management levels.
  • Represent ResourceWise at conferences, trade shows, and client/industry meetings.
  • Synthesize customer pains, market issues and opportunities into product development opportunities, working with operations and product development.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience in renewable feedstocks, renewable fuels, and/or bio-chemicals a strong plus.
  • Analytics, business intelligence or strategic planning experience
  • Ability to understand and communicate customer needs, marketplace dynamics, industry trends, and competitive threats within a market.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
  • Fluency in English, other languages a plus
  • Ability to work productively in a remote setting with access to reliable internet.
