Joyce joined Tecnon OrbiChem in 2008. She has worked as a consultant covering several Polyamides & Intermediates, including Cyclohexanone, Caprolactam, Polyamide 6, Methanol, and POM.

Previously, Joyce covered Acetic Acid, Phenol, Acetone, and Polycarbonate, among others. 

Joyce holds a bachelor's degree in Language from Shanghai International Studies University.
