Matt Elhardt is a seasoned strategic planning professional with 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations in natural resource industries. Prior to ResourceWise, Matt held management roles at Longview Fibre Paper and Packaging, where he was a member of the leadership team that drove the company's remarkable turnaround. According to Mark Wilde, a renowned paper equities analyst, it was, "the best turnaround in the past 25 years." After Longview, Matt joined Fisher International where he was responsible for North America and drove significant growth in revenue. Additionally, he created significant value through leading or participating in dozens of projects spanning M&A, strategic planning, and margin optimization.

At ResourceWise, Matt leads our global customer-facing team, empowering clients to leverage our world-class data, business intelligence systems, and expertise to enhance their businesses. As ResourceWise continues to grow, Matt focuses on developing a globally respected customer organization while constantly looking for opportunities to leverage our data across industry verticals and deepening our value and expertise in new markets.

Matt holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Washington State University.
