Chris recently retired from his position in business development with Argus Media in London, having spent the last 30 years of his career focused on oil products and biofuel pricing. Before his time at Argus, Chris played a key role at Pepex LLC, serving as the sole European representative and managing their oil trading platform. Chris's expertise further extends to his tenure in both London and New York with Platts and Reuters, where he held various editor and reporter roles, specializing in European oil and petroleum product reporting.

Chris holds his BA (with Honors) in English Literature from the University of Kent at Canterbury.
